1. Services Provided
We offer cesspit removal, maintenance, and related services, which may include the use of Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled devices such as sensors and monitoring equipment to optimize service delivery. Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Removal and disposal of cesspit waste.
Monitoring of cesspit levels through IoT sensors.
Cleaning and maintenance of cesspits.
Consultation and advice regarding cesspit system management.
2. Use of IoT Devices
If your service includes the use of IoT-enabled devices:
You consent to the installation and use of sensors, monitoring devices, and other IoT-related technologies on your premises.
These devices may collect data such as usage statistics, sensor readings, and other relevant information to optimize the services provided.
You agree to allow our technicians to access, monitor, and maintain the IoT devices as needed to ensure service quality and efficiency.
3. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal and service-related information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Grant Access: Allow our technicians or service providers reasonable access to your property to perform the cesspit removal services.
Comply with Laws: Ensure that the cesspit and its surroundings comply with relevant local regulations and laws regarding waste disposal and sanitation.
Maintain the IoT Devices: You are responsible for the upkeep of the IoT devices provided as part of our services, including providing access to ensure their proper functioning.
4. Pricing and Payment
Fees: The fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement and may include charges for the removal, disposal, monitoring, and any IoT device usage.
Payment Terms: All payments for services rendered are due as outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.
Changes in Pricing: We reserve the right to update pricing for our services. You will be notified in advance of any such changes.
5. Liability and Limitation of Liability
Service Performance: We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that our IoT devices or any other service components will be error-free or completely secure.
Liability Limitations: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including any failure of IoT devices.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure in service performance due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, technological failures, or actions by third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of IoT Devices and Software: All intellectual property, including any software, devices, sensors, or other IoT technology provided by us, remains our property, and you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use such devices solely for the purpose of receiving our services.
Use of Data: You grant us permission to collect and analyse data from IoT devices in connection with our services. We retain the right to use this data for service improvement and operational purposes.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data collected through IoT devices. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
8. Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to us. Termination of the service may incur cancellation fees depending on the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Termination by Us: We may terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or for any reason deemed necessary to ensure service quality or safety.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point remain due.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly. Your continued use of our services after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
